Where are you based?

Located in a beautiful town called Poole in Dorset. Currently a home-based business, so no walk ins available at the moment.

How do i place a order?

Simply choose your product, add to your cart and continue to the checkout.

Once at the checkout you will find a ' when would you like your order' option. Please make sure you select the date you would like your order via the drop down box, which can be located below the payment options. A date needs to be selected to proceed. Without your date we are unable to secure your order in our diary, which keeps slots open for other customers.

Local delivery - within 5 miles of our location - BH15 area. please check your distance before ordering, if we find your delivery address exceeds our delivery radius, your order will be cancelled and a refund with be processed. Delivery times are between 10.30-1pm on the day of the date you selected. If you are needing the delivery by a specific time within time slot above, please state this in the checkout notes, and we will do our best to fufill your request.

Shipping - This option is for products that are only available for postage, this will be noted in each products description. Products will be posted on the date you selected and will be sent via Royal Mail first class, usually arrive between 1-3days.

Pick up - Your item will be available to collect on the date selected. You will be contacted via the contact details you give to arrange the best collection time for us both.

Once your checkout is complete and your payment has been made, your order is confirmed. You will receive a order confirmation via email.

Not all of my products are listed on my website, and i offer a wide range of bespoke cakes, and wedding cakes so please feel free to contact me for your bespoke order.

I specialise in creating beautiful wedding cakes across Poole, Bournemouth and the surrounding areas of Dorset & Hampshire.

My cakes have been transported to many other locations so please feel free to contact me so I can advise you if I can cover your area.

Every wedding is unique and your wedding cake is a main centrepiece of your day, so I will work very closely with you to design the cake of your dreams.

All of my celebration cakes are designed to your individual needs.

I use only the highest ingredients and bake all cakes fresh giving you nothing but the perfect cake everytime. I am highly complimented on not only the look of my creations but also on how delicious they are.

The important stuff

Do you accept returns?

I understand from time to time you may wish to return a product, however as all my products and made bespoke to you, and cannot be sold on once returned. Returns will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances and a refund will be processed. 

I do not offer refunds for reasons such as, 'i didn't like the taste of the product' whilst i aim to please all of my customers, i am fully aware my products may not be to everyone's taste.

Refunds are only processed in exceptional circumstances.
